CWA Notes:

Thank you to everyone who attended our 'Honouring Mothers' fund raising function, it was much appreciated by Lilydale C.W.A. members.  It was financially
successful.

Prize winners were - lucky door - Mrs. E. Finan; Lucky cup - Mrs. Cis Knight;  Most Senior Mother - Mrs. Merle Miller; Most grand and great grandchildren - Mrs. Deseree Woodland;  Youngest Mother - Mrs. Debra Story.

Raffle Winners:  First - Rosemary Leader; Second - Pauline Ebelaar;  Third - Jackie McLeod; Fourth - Kath Shepherd.

It was a special day for Deseree, her birthday,
remembered with flowers and a rendition of 'happy birthday'.
Most present joined in the games and competitions, the morning finished with lunch.

The day before this, 7 of our 9 membership met in the morning for our monthly meeting.  Items were handed in for the Baby Box, plans are in hand for two members to attend Day Care occasionally to lead singing.  A
donation was given to help the senior girls basketball team at the School to travel to Hobart to take part in a weekend competition.  A very nice gesture we
appreciated was when representatives from the team came to our meeting to thank us.  Delegates will attend a special State meeting in Campbell Town on 12^th June to discuss major changes being made to our
Association.

After lunch was the A.G.M, reports were received and officers elected.

Secretary - Dorothy Story.

Next meeting is 4^th June, 1.30 p.m. at Jean Wilsons.  Roll call will be a donation towards groceries for the City Mission.

Our Annual Changeover Dinner will be held on
Saturday 14^th June at the Lilydale Tavern.
